It is a biological filter material used to remove nitrates from the aquarium. It is used as an effective remedy against algae by eliminating the main nutrient of the same, nitrate.
Moreover, as a biological element, we avoid the use of chemical additives. When using Ex BioNitrat in saltwater aquariums is advisable to do so in combination with JBL ultra Carbomec.
