Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will depend on the delivery area, weight, and total amount of your order. When registering on our website, you must choose the shipping zone that corresponds to your delivery address from the following options:
• Mainland Spain
• Balearic Islands
• Canary Islands
• Ceuta and Melilla
• Italy
• Portugal
• France, Germany
When you place an order, the system will calculate the corresponding shipping costs.
Product Availability
Most of the products shown on our website are available in our warehouse. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the approximate delivery time and request your confirmation. Once informed, you can choose to keep the order or cancel it and receive a refund if payment has already been made.
Order Delivery
Orders are delivered during the normal delivery hours of the transport agencies. To facilitate delivery, we recommend that you keep this in mind when providing your delivery address. If it is difficult for you to receive your order at home, it can also be delivered to your workplace, a family member, a store of your choice, etc. The customer can specify a particular delivery date. They can also suggest a specific delivery time, although this does not constitute a commitment from the agency to meet it.
If the customer receives a damaged or broken package, or suspects that the merchandise may have been damaged, they must clearly indicate this on the delivery slip provided by the carrier. If they cannot inspect it or have doubts about the contents, they should write "Subject to inspection." In the event of any damage due to transport, the customer must contact the agency to report the incident as soon as possible and also inform Grupo Flora y Fauna SLU as soon as possible at +34954022235. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the package so that the shipping insurance is effective and we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Transport Insurance.
When you place an order, you must receive it in perfect condition. If this is not the case, we guarantee the replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Right of Return.
In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, the customer has the right to return their purchase within 14 business days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or opened. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned product.
Shipping conditions for mainland Spain: Shipping will be handled by the express courier companies GLS, Correos, Zeleris, or Correos Express. Delivery time to your address will depend on the chosen courier service, ranging from 1 to 2 business days depending on the destination, to 5 days for more economical options. These delivery times are displayed when you select a carrier. Orders placed by individuals (not business or company accounts) will receive free shipping for every €50 spent on items up to 10kg within mainland Spain.
This means that if your purchase total is €100 or more, you will receive free shipping for up to 20kg within the Iberian Peninsula, and so on.

The courier company typically delivers during business hours, so if you have a preferred delivery time (morning or afternoon), please indicate this in the order comments, and the courier company will try to accommodate your request based on their route and schedule.
Product prices do not include installation or assembly.
Shipping conditions for the Balearic Islands: Shipping will be handled by GLS, Correos, or Correos Express. Delivery time to your address will be 1-2 business days with the highest-rated courier and 2-3 business days with other options.
The maximum dimensions of each package must be less than 120 cm and the maximum weight must be less than 40 kg. If it exceeds the amount described above, an additional charge will apply.
